About us

We are a diverse team - most of us are autistic. We are passionate about helping people to understand the strengths and needs of autistic and neurodivergent children, young people and adults. 

We started up in 2021 and now employ 10 autistic experts with lived experiences.

We are involved in a wide range of ongoing projects working with schools, prisons, social work teams, community organisations, housing departments, health trusts and businesses. 

Each of our workshops are tailored for the audience and are always co-presented by at least two autistic experts with lived experiences.

We are part of the growing movement towards autistic and neurodivergent acceptance in society. 

Autistic and neurodivergent people have unique strengths to offer and the right attitudes, support and adjustments give people the opportunity to use their skills and abilities.
