As an autistic employee you may want your team to have a better understanding of autism and your specific strengths and needs.
Training for your team could be funded by your employer or through the Government's Access To Work scheme.
Rather than delivering 'off the shelf' training, we will meet with you to learn more about your role, your strengths, aspects of your employment you find challenging and adjustments you may find helpful. We will then develop a bespoke workshop for your team, informed by your experiences.
Our workshops are co-delivered with two autistic members of our team. We choose the team members whose experiences are most closely aligned with yours. Generally our workshops are delivered online, though we can deliver in-person. The cost for a two hour online workshop is £600 and attendees will be sent the slides and supporting materials afterwards.
